Processing and Production Times

Each item on our store is made to order and production times can vary. Please check current lead times on the product page before ordering. 

If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so within 72 hours of purchase by contacting us on info@borisstark.com. After that we might not be able to cancel and refund your order. Later cancellations may be accepted on a case-to-case basis after talking to a representative, but may only be eligible for a partial refund.

Orders that have not been shipped within 3 weeks after the estimated production time frame on the product page are automatically eligible for free cancellation.

Shipping Times (after production):

Delivery time estimates and prices are available during checkout, once you enter your shipping address. Please note that these are only estimates and not guaranteed delivery dates. Orders that have not arrived within 30 days of their shipping date can be reported as missing and are eligible for a refund or replacement. In such cases please send us an email on info@borisstark.com for assistance. 

Tracking:

You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships. If your order seems stuck or hasn’t arrived within the estimated time, please contact us.

*International Orders:

Please note that depending on where you reside and your country's laws and regulations, your country may charge customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon delivery. These charges are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more details.
